063: Is The Sky Falling?
What do you fear?
Let’s get right to it – shall we. Is it not having enough food, water, toilet paper, dying?
What is your biggest fear right now?
Does fear drive you?
Did you ever see an old movie where one of the perfectly normal characters was freaking out having an “out of body” experience where they were running around jibber jabbering and not making sense. The someone slapped them across the face and said “get ahold of yourself, you’ll do yourself and nobody else any good in this state.”
What is the ‘slap in the face’ that it will take to get the herd to wake up.
Yes, there are sick people. There have been sick people with plague, flu and more in the past. We made it through. Some people pass and some didn’t. We are all going to pass, to transition, to die at some point.
Here is a quote from the CDC re the flu in 2017-2018.
“In recent years, flu-related deaths have ranged from about 12,000 to — in the worst year — 56,000, according to the CDC.
Last fall and winter, the U.S. went through one of the most severe flu seasons in recent memory. It was driven by a kind of flu that tends to put more people in the hospital and cause more deaths, particularly among young children and the elderly…..CDC officials called the 80,000 figure preliminary, and it may be slightly revised. But they said it is not expected to go down.”

Why the huge freak out now? Are we not better equipped mentally and technology wise to work in a wiser way for a proper test, vaccine, and treatment of COVID-19? Does it help or hinder finding a solution?
I am not a conspiracy theorist but there is something odd here and that we are in an election year and maybe there could be something going on. Whether there is or isn’t, let us all recognize what we can control and what we can’t.
How can we come together in a crisis more efficiently caring for all beings? Not by pricing Purell at $50 for 8 oz. or more.
How can we be more kind, compassionate, and understanding in this time?
I believe there is good within everything because there is God in everyone and everything. So where is the good here?
