By purchasing or signing up for coaching services with Camden Hoch, you acknowledge that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. 

You authorize Camden Hoch DBA Camden Hoch to charge your credit or debit card, or cash your check, as indicated above, as payment for your participation. You are legally responsible and obligated for full payment of fees for the entire length of the coaching. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all payments must be paid on a timely basis. 

We are committed to providing all clients with a positive experience. In the event that Camden Hoch is not able to complete the coaching program due to illness, death, or for any other reason you will receive a pro-rated refund for the amount of the time left in the agreed upon contract. 

We respect your privacy and hold all of the information shared in our sessions as confidential. We have made every effort to accurately represent the program and it’s potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including but not limited to his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation, and willingness to take imperfect action. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have represented to Camden Hoch that you are committed and ready to give 100% as she will meet you at 100% as well.
