We invite you to soften into the sensations of your mind and body through thoughtful yin postures and vibrational sound therapy of the Tibetan bells. Yin yoga emphasizes gently opening and benefiting deep tissues, ligaments, fascia, joints, and bones while also benefiting the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves, and blood system. Tibetan bells create an ambient sound that helps you move into the more meditative Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies, where you tap into our clarity, intuition, and peace of mind. Merging together these postures and sounds will leave feeling more than relaxed; you will leave feeling liberated, peaceful and have new clarity within.
